For Moms & babies under 2 years old! If you need to bring additional kiddos, no problem at all.

Join us for our *FREE* Postpartum Wellness Group, held every Monday from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at Brookings Health System, Conference Room C. This supportive space is designed for new Moms to share experiences with others while focusing on mental and emotional well-being. Engage in discussions, receive guidance, and enjoy a sense of community as we navigate the postpartum journey together. We look forward to welcoming you! Babies are welcome and snacks/drinks are provided for Moms!
